Keep the Scope Proportionate.
Start with the help you need. We agree on the work and cost with you before an engagement begins.
Who We Are
We have worked inside the organizations where decisions become contracts, transactions and daily responsibilities. My Legal Works brings that experience to your legal and business work, at a scale that fits your needs.

Our Purpose
Francesca Lozano and Jonathan Wu founded My Legal Works to make experienced help more affordable and give people time back. You should be able to get the help you need, whether you are handling a personal matter or running an organization. We start with your priorities and agree on a scope that makes sense for your situation. Then we take responsibility for that work, so it takes less of your time.

What Guides Us
Start with the help you need. We agree on the work and cost with you before an engagement begins.
We name the person who approves the work and bring questions to them before making assumptions.
A system should solve a problem you can name. We test it against the work people actually do.
The person taking over should be able to find the files and understand what still needs attention.
The Founders
Co-Founder
Money can be tight when you need help most. That’s one reason we started My Legal Works. We can start with the part you need the most help with. You’ll know what it will cost before you decide.
Francesca worked at Tricon Homes and led transaction management at Contour. Her work at Shopoff Realty Investments has included corporate records and ownership matters as well as real estate projects. At My Legal Works, she helps individuals get their paperwork in order and works with businesses and legal teams that need help running a project or keeping up with their everyday work.
Co-Founder
Working inside legal teams taught me the value of having someone who can take a piece of work and see it through. That gives people time for the decisions only they can make. I helped start My Legal Works to make that kind of support available to more people.
